In Japan, in the city of Fukuoka, on February 7, an event on the tourism potential of Uzbekistan was held. In particular, gastronomic tourism.
Guests of the seminar were introduced to the traditions and Orient culture, told about the architectural sights, and of course, about the subtleties of Uzbek kitchen.
Participants were given visual materials-booklets and flyers, with brief information about Uzbekistan, as well as a video presentation.
We want to remind that the aim was to emphasize the idea of gastronomic tourism, so the guests had a delicious master-class on the preparation of national dishes, in particular, pilaf.
Upon completion of the event, degustation was organized. The Japanese noted that they were surprised by the contrast of the country and expressed intention to visit Uzbekistan.
