This year, Uzbekistan Airways intend to fly on three new routes - Tbilisi, Munich, Karachi. Recently the air company opened flights to Mumbai, Vladivostok, and Jeddah.

The number of charter flights to such cities as Seoul (Korea), Dushanbe (Tajikistan), Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Minsk (Belarus), Rostov-on-Don and Novosibirsk (Russia) were also increased.
Over the past 2018, Uzbekistan Airways made more than 21,000 flights and there were registered more than 3 million passengers.
Note that Yildirim Holding (Turkish company) in summer 2018 announced its intention to engage in the construction and reconstruction of the Tashkent airport.
