To increase the tourist popularity of Uzbekistan in the international market, the development of the Hospitality Contract program has started.
Hospitality Contract-based on 3 points:

It is planned to implement the program in the tourism industry (airport, hotels).
On November 27, an informative presentation of the program for representatives of associations of Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held and its service capabilities were shown in detail.
The program is aimed at meeting the needs of consumers, to assess the level of professionalism of the staff, as well as to create a feedback channel. It is based on a system of four buttons with a smiley face. Customers will vote and thus indicate their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the services provided.
