As part of the promo campaign of Uzbek tourism abroad from 3 to 9 October 2018, Uzbekistan welcomed media representatives from Israel.
Our guests visited Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva and Urgench. The program included a visit to both historical monuments and attractions, as well as modern facilities. All this was captured on a photo and video cameras.
Also, a meeting was held between representatives of the State Committee for Tourism Development and the Ministry of Culture.
Here's what the media write about the trip to Uzbekistan:
"Tashkent is a relatively modern city, which was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1966. The city is changing and as you travel you see the whole world of green parks, through Soviet residential and urban buildings, impressive mosques and monumental sights. Now the modern look of Tashkent does not attract travelers, but I believe that there is much to see here»
